Our Head Chef Peter Cullen uses the freshest of local produce and whilst making sure that each dish is artistically presented, his aim is to lead by flavour, using various techniques to make sure the finished product is delivered at it’s very best.. Peter is also a respected trainer and motivator of up and coming chefs within the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and beyond.
